Took a pto day last week to ski. Maybe one of the best ski days of my life. The mountains got 50”+ over the week with a fresh foot the night before. Was supposed to be teaching my friend how to ski but instead I taught him the #1 rule of skiing: no friends on a pow day
Didn’t work out as much when my friend was here tho. Getting back to the routine this week. Worked out for an hour and ran 6miles Saturday. Ski Sunday. Hour long workout Monday, rest day Tuesday and tonight I have a run & workout planned plus my friend invited me to try a belly dance class with her tonight! Actually really excited for it. The plan is to work out Thursday/Friday and then ski Saturday/Sunday. Also fit in a 5 mile run at some point.
Focusing a bit more on my diet lately. Baby steps tho. More protein and less processed food is my goal. Trying new chickpea recipes and substituting my nightly ice cream with a protein milkshake (literally just blending my ice cream with protein powder). And yes I do eat ice cream every night and still have abs, it’s possible and more people need to know that.
